Throughout her career, Ekaterina has developed specialized expertise in the legal and strategic management of art collections. She provides counsel to collectors, cultural institutions, artists, and creative businesses on the legal and strategic aspects of the art market, including acquisitions and cross-border art transactions, provenance and authenticity research, licensing, and other forms of art commercialization.

Ekaterina also serves as a mediator and arbitrator, assisting parties in navigating and resolving complex conflicts in the fields of art and intellectual property. She has extensive experience in negotiations and resolution of cross-border disputes.
